CoolTech Fat Freeze in Mossel Bay
CoolTech is cryolipolysis — controlled cooling that brings a pocket of fat down to a temperature fat cells cannot survive, without harming the skin, nerves or muscle over them. The treated cells die, and over the following weeks your body clears them out naturally.

What it realistically does
Clinical studies show an average reduction of 15 to 28 percent of the fat layer in the area treated. That is a genuine, measurable change in shape. It is not weight loss, and the scale may not move at all — what changes is the contour of the area we treat.
How long it takes
You may notice a change from around three weeks. It becomes clearly visible at about two months, and reaches its full result between three and six months. Where a second session is needed, we leave six to eight weeks between them so your body has time to clear the first round.
Which is why the start date matters more than people expect. If you want to see a result by a particular date — a holiday, a wedding, a season — count back three to six months and start then.
What it feels like
Intense cold for the first few minutes, then the area goes numb and most people read or nap. Afterwards you can expect redness, swelling, tenderness or numbness in the area for a few days to a couple of weeks. There is no downtime — people go back to work the same afternoon.
